It just closed 3/20/2020 Agent never called. We received a handful of email updates in that time. At the 1 yr mark I got fed up and solicited a broker friend from the state of Washington who called Deb Wilson with a strategy. To her credit she worked hard to accomplish this. A couple of weeks later it sold. If it sold for any other reason we wouldn't know since she doesn't communicate with us. She told us nothing about the buyers. 2 days before closing she drops a bunch of bills on the escrow bringing the total we had signed for with a notary the previous week to less. We don't mind paying our bills but it should have been in a more timely fashion. When I expressed how terrible this whole experience was she called me a bitch.

I expected as much from a Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate agent. Their efforts to address the concerns of the buyers & work with the listing agent to resolve all items & questions were accomplished at the 100% level. I Highly recommend Bob & Debbie Wilson of Long Reality.

Everything they did was beyond my expectations. They both went above and beyond when it came to protecting us fiducially and providing us with solutions or access to supplies to make our move much less stressful. They chose subcontractors providing excellent services as well. I can't say enough to show how much of a privilege it was to have them as our agent. From well before we officially chose them as our R/E agent to even after the sale was finalized, Bob and Debbie have and continue to be there for us. They kept us informed all along the way and if we had any questions or concerns, were immediately accessible.

We were out looking at homes on our own and saw a house we liked. There was a flyer that had Debbie's information. We called her and the rest is history! We had to go back to San Diego but Debbie sent us potential homes via email and we drove down one weekend to look at houses with her. We ended up buying a lovely home in Quail Creek.
